Greyscale continues to showcase the best up and coming dub techno producers for its Mood Series. Conor OG and his debut 'Submarine Dreams', is the next release to garner strong acclaim. The EP features five tracks themed around an excursion out to sea. 'Approaching Sea Level' sets the scene as it transports the listener to where you can expect to be surrounded by the audible ongoings of a seaside dock. 'Disembarking' begins the send off as the deep grooves pulse you out to sea settling inbetween a dub house and techno sound. Then, 'Hydraulic Action' moves the pace forward with a deep driving bass and spacey main leads while the ambience of the ocean remains the core identity. 'Descension' goes subaquatic while on the closer 'Resurgence', you re-emerge above the water line to a dreamy build-up of grand proportion. Mood Series #41 is a prime example of when a producer has a purpose to support their vision.
