Greyscale continues to plug away with its signature Mood Series highlighting the best talent in the genre. Graynoise is the next dub techno producer to make his first appearance on the label. 'Kvantum' is a 4 version odyssey into the very core of the strength's of the genre. The title variation has all the making of the perfect example of what makes dub techno so beloved. Heavily echoed chords constantly flooding the audio spectrum gives off comparisons to giants like CV313, James Zeiter or Deepchord. An outstanding lead track that is further explored on each version. Part 2 is dancefloor focused favoring a more rhythm approach rendition while still retaining the main chords of the 1st. Part 3 slows it down a touch, honing in on the beautiful melody, striking a great balance with the original that was more of the darker side. Lastly, part 4 gives an alternate version of the main chord structure to offer another great interpretation. 'Kvantum' is sure to impress the hardcore fans of the genre. Even ones who might be difficult to please. This has all the making of a classic!
