The latest Mood Series is here for your enjoyment! Sweden based artist Exciter, has a label debut titled 'Deep Diving'. We cannot get enough of it here Greyscale home base. 3 tracks of forward thinking drum programming, unique piano additions and serious chord work. 'Sea Theme' is a classy opener that reverberates through aquatic sound waves. A excellent opener to any DJ set no doubt. Exciter is not fully new to the scene having made and released music over the past 15 years. Back as early as 2009 when he was on the same label as grad_u early in both of their careers. 'Deep Diving' verges on a broken beat while chords work themselves out harmoniously to support a haunting piano melody that is the main driver of the track. We really like the machine gun beats that start up half way through giving this one a really cool technical side to it. 'Calm Sea' closes the EP out adding a wicked, almost electro funk to the broken dub pattern. You can't help but let this one get your feet and head moving. We think you will really enjoy this addition to the discography. #85 in the series, another standout on the label!
